Lauren Powers Classic

The Lauren Powers National Classic Fitness competition and Expo will be held on Saturday, April 4th, in Costa Mesa, CA. The fitness competition will include: Men’s and Women’s Bodybuilding and Physique, Women’s Figure, Bikini, Fitness, Mixed Pairs, Teens, Fit Moms, Evening Gown, Physically Challenged, Shirtless Tuxedo, and the all NEW Ink & Ripped round. The categories will be OPEN and Masters (40+).


The Lauren Powers National Classic (LPNC) will be held at the Neighborhood Community Center, 1845 Park Ave, Costa Mesa CA 92627 by triangle square. Athlete registration starts at 11:00am until 12:30pm. Prejudging starts at 1:00pm, Finals start at 4:00pm or before depending on schedule. FREE admission to the public and FREE parking! This is an amateur fitness competition pro qualifier, athletes of all levels and experience are welcome! We will also showcase vendors and special guests throughout the day.

Lauren Powers is a former firefighter/engineer and 8 time overall heavyweight bodybuilding champion. She is now a full time actress and model and will be hanging up her competitor status to be the promoter of LPC. She has experienced many challenges and overcome many obstacles. This enables her to look forward to and promise to make the LPC a fun, relaxed and rewarding experience. Being a competitor for the last decade, Lauren knows what it takes mentally, physically and spiritually to prepare for competition. Lauren designed this competition for people of all ages in all categories, new and experienced alike. Her focus of the competition is to give back to the fitness community.
